Cotswold Farm Shop

We were approached by a service station owner to convert a derelict ex-Little Chef into a contemporary farm shop and cafe. The planning was complicated due to the site being within the Cotswolds AONB. Relocating the entrance away from the road, with a new porch and canopy utilising locally sourced wood, the existing building will be sustainably retained and upgraded rather than demolished and replaced.
