Lessar Avenue SW4
The ground floor of this house required a total overhaul. The layout allowed for a utility room to be inserted at the back of the kitchen without altering the feel of the space. The whole rear of the house is opened full width allowing maximum glazing and light to the new kitchen/dining space. The Devol Sebastian Cox natural wood kitchen faces the garden rather than being perpendicular like so often found in terraced London houses allowing for a generous sized dining table to sit adjacent to the garden, whilst the full height sliding doors bring the outside in during the summer.
