​The brief was to renovate and extend a dilapidated townhouse into a 4-storey luxury modern family home. Opening up the ground floor to the generous rear and side return extensions drastically improves the traditional layout of the house and provide a large space for relaxing and socialising, opening on to the gardens through three Crittall doors. The first floor alterations and extension will create a new master suite accessed via a large walk-through wardrobe.
